Sebaceous cell carcinoma of the scalp in a young male: A rare case report

Sebaceous carcinoma is a rare locally aggressive neoplasm of the sebaceous gland, which occurs frequently in elderly males. It constitutes 0.2 to 4.6% all malignant cutaneous tumours and commonly periocular area. Scalp site for this tumor. Here we report case young 28 years old male patient who presented with firm hard exophytic growth over right posterior occipital region enlarged suboccipital post auricular lymph nodes. Wide local excision was done diagnosis scalp node metastasis rendered after histopathological Immunohistochemical examination.
